Question: You having problems with looseing favorites or other problems do this?
Asnwers:
1. If you have Vista or Windows7.... if you right click and click Run as Admin on all your
programs they will open correctly and this will solve most of your small problems on
any program you run.

2. Also always save the room twice in a row to make sure it saved.

 

Question: I can get in chat but my name does not show in name list and i cannt enter rooms why?

Answer: The problem might be in your Nortons 360
Follow the debug steps in Nortons firewall Help and Support for a web address that wouldnt' connect and follow the instrutions.

Go to nortons Help then start auto fix.........support section and followed their prompts.
When it gives you options on the problem it says........will let me online but blocks certain pages click that.
Then it tells you to click on this thing to delete temps.
Then it should have you to delete your temp files and history files again and restart pc.

 

Question: Will YakChat client work on a Mac computer?

Answer: Yes, the YakChat client will work Mac computers if you use a PC emulation program such as Virtual PC.

Question: Ultra Avs are not showing in chat?

Answer: All Avs need to be under 23kbs.

To check this right click on your av in your folder then click properties and look at Size should be under 23 kbs if over follow instruction below.

Take the AV in psp. Click on File..click on Export..click on gif.optimiser..click wizard. click next..click next again "dont change color in box" just click next.. make sure u have dot in NO CHOOSE BEST COLOR. then click next..lower the bar..about a quarter inch..click Finish. and Save.

Answer: We suggest build 163. or our YakChat Client

Question: Why can't I get to the login page?

Answer: Make sure under tools/community servers the address is correct:

Name: Yackity-Yak

Address: yakchat.sexxxy.biz
Address: yakchat.h1x.com
Address: yyc.selfip.com

If you still can't see the login page, clean out your temp files.
If you still can't see it after you have done this, there may be a possibility that you are banned. It might not be you directly but you might fall under a range ban so email us and let us know your user name and IP so we can check into it.

 

Question: Why dont my games work/why cant I join a game?

Answer: Games do work here..But some game are not compatable with each other
you may need redown load another game source.

 

Question: How do I get my own ip?

Answer: Click Whats My ip to find that out.
