• By Creating a User Account and using Yackity-Yak Chat, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service").
• You must be of legal age to enter into binding agreement in order to accept the Terms. If you do not agree to our Terms, do not use our service
• No advertising other chat server in our chat if we catch you or get complaints on you for doing so you will be banned bottom line.
• Porn sites and sites with links to Porn sites will be banned .....Go Private or use your browser to view these type pages.
• Harrassing/stalking or continual disruptive behavior is a zero tolerance here at Yackity Yak. This will result in your removal from Yackity-Yak.
• Disruptive behavior in a room on the intent to run off chatters or to take over a room is a zero tolerance and my staff will remove the guilty.
• Impersonating a Yackity-Yak Chat admin or host or another chatter to harm them will result in your removal from Yackity-Yak Chat.
• No frontual nudity AVs of any kind or webpage graphic nudity of any kind in public rooms, make yourself a private room.
• Any room with links to PORN sites will be banned.
• The only Mass IMing that is allowed, is for Events that involve our chatters and only 2 mass ims per day per event.
• Excessive use of profane language will not be tolerated in public rooms.
• No bot programs will be tolerated under any circumstances without permission from admin.
• No malicious programs will be tolerated under any circumstances and will result in your removal from Yackity-Yak.
• You are entirely responsible for all Content that you post, or otherwise transmit via Yackity-Yak. Yackity-Yak does not control all of the Content posted via the service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using Yackity-Yak, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Yackity-Yak be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, transmitted via Yackity-Yak.
• Yackity-Yak admin reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time.
• Yackity-Yak reserves the right to expell you at anytime for no reason whatsoever. This includes banning by Username and/or IP Address, or for a specified time period.
• If you do not comply with the Terms of Service at any time, Yackity-Yak reserves the right to terminate your access to Yackity-Yak.
• Names not used for an extended period of time will be automatically deleted.
• The limmit of chatname per IP & EMAIL is limmited to 3. Those that ABUSE this name registtry, will be banned
